Our Atlanta-based clinic in the Old Fourth Ward proudly serves a diverse, vibrant, and inclusive patient population. We’re looking for an APP (Nurse Practitioner or PA) who values cultural competence, open-mindedness, and genuine human connection. Requirements

Requirements- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN THE ATLANTA, GA OFFICE (Old Fourth Ward Neighborhood)

• Master’s degree from an AMA accredited school for Advanced Practice Providers.
• Current, active PA or NP licensure in State of employment is required.
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (or board eligible)
• Active, non-probationary, unrestricted Georgia State License
• Active DEA license or eligibly to obtain
• 1 year clinical experience in internal medicine or primary care practice setting.
• Technological proficiency—comfortable using EMRs and digital health tools to enhance care delivery
