Chiropractic Assistant

As a Chiropractic Assistant, or "CA", you are most likely an enthusiastic young professional wanting to get your foot in the door at a great company where you can learn about the human body, grow your career, and build lifelong relationships. You can multi-task, learn quickly, and are extremely proactive and diligent about your work.

To Be Successful in this Position:

• You are extremely attentive to detail - this is key for this role as 80% of your time will be spent recording documentation at the time of the patient visit.
• You love working on computers - a lot of your work will be spent working with our EHR system (training is provided) so having a love for working on computers and the ability to learn new things is essential.
• You are a "people person" - you love being around others, and you have the empathy needed to make people feel how much you care about them.
• You are health conscious - our office believes in overall health and wellness, and we expect our staff to emulate that in their personal and professional life.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Facilitating back office flow to maximize efficiency and create an excellent experience for each and every patient in the office.
• Notating documentation for the Doctor at the time of the patient visit in a timely manner.
• Assisting in therapies for the doctor including electrical stimulation, rehab exercises, and traction.
• Taking Spinal X Rays of the patient at the time of the visit.
• Taking out needles, removing cups, and aiding the doctor in putting on Rock Tape for the patients.
• Cleaning and disinfecting tables in between patients to ensure we are keeping up with standard COVID protocols and making the space inviting.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director or Practice Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
