Enterprise Operations Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Enterprise Operations Specialist to join our Operations team as we continue to build scalable solutions to support our enterprise clients at RxVantage. As an Enterprise Operations Specialist, your job will be to process inbound data packages from clients to produce the desired results. The Enterprise Operations Specialist plans, collaborates, communicates, and completes the process to ensure client data is processed efficiently, correctly, and on time.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing support for enterprise and verification life science clients, handling both client and internal escalations
• Entering client configurations for data processing
• Conducting in-depth analyses and QC checks on inbound data files and manipulating data as needed manually
• Managing client and user profiles in the RxVantage Admin tool
• Escalating issues early and working with technical teams to resolve
• Suggesting automation and tool enhancements
• Creating and socializing metrics that track the status of data imports
• Ensuring documentation is kept up-to-date and accessible
• Understanding RxVantage offerings and data assets
  
  

The ideal candidate:

• Strong teaming and multi-tasking abilities
• Sound communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Minimum three years of Operations or Data Analytics experience, including interactions with customers
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively and resourcefully with a strong attention to detail
• Basic software tools including G-Suite, Slack, Excel, Jira, Confluence, SFDC
