Overview
The SEC Reporting Manager will play a key role in the Company’s external reporting function, reporting to the Director of SEC Reporting. This role offers the opportunity to work at the center of the Company’s financial reporting process, supporting the preparation and filing of external financial reports with the SEC while partnering cross-functionally across accounting, legal, finance, and investor relations.
The position is responsible for assisting in the preparation and review of SEC filings including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and the annual proxy statement, as well as supporting Section 16 reporting. The Manager will also help oversee the Company’s share-based compensation and equity reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in accordance with SEC and GAAP requirements.
This role will contribute to the preparation of financial statement disclosures, supporting schedules, and related analyses for external filings, including XBRL tagging and disclosures related to significant or complex transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting, and motivated to operate in a fast-paced public company environment while helping continuously improve reporting processes and controls.

Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in the preparation and coordination of the Company’s periodic and current SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and the annual Proxy Statement, ensuring filings are accurate, timely, and compliant with SEC requirements.
- Review financial statement disclosures and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards.
- Perform technical accounting research and assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of new accounting policies and procedures.
- Monitor emerging accounting and reporting developments from the FASB, SEC, and PCAOB, and assess the potential impact of newly issued accounting standards on the Company’s financial reporting.
- Coordinate the collection and validation of financial and operational information required to support external reporting and SEC filings.
- Review XBRL tagging to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with SEC filing requirements.
- Maintain the external reporting calendar and monitor progress against key milestones to ensure timely completion of all reporting deliverables.
- Prepare disclosure checklists and reporting questionnaires to support compliance with SEC reporting requirements.
- Support the month-end close and financial statement review process as needed to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Partner with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate review of the Company’s external filings and financial reporting matters.
- CPA required
- Public/Big 4 accounting experience highly preferred
- Previous experience as a Manager or Sr. Analyst in SEC reporting
- Experience in medical devices preferred
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, And TRAINING
- BS and/or MS degree in Accounting
- CPA with 3-5 years experience, Big 4 highly preferred
- Previous experience in SEC Reporting and working with external printers
- Excellent knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting and SOX compliance
- Training to be completed per the training plan for this position as maintained in the document control system
- The training requirements on TRN-10007 Insider Trading Policy, TRN-10008 Global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy and TRN-10009 Code of Business Conducts and Ethics must be diligently completed within 30 days from the hiring date and on an annual basis
