The company’s mission is to revolutionize the premium cataract surgery experience by allowing surgeons to partner with their patients to achieve optimized results for every unique eye.OVERVIEW:Reporting to the SVP of U.S. Sales & Corporate Accounts, the Director, Corporate Accounts is responsible for development and execution of Corporate Account strategy for the U.S.. Working with the SVP of U.S. Sales & Corporate Accounts this position will develop strategic plans for preassigned Corporate Accounts driving LDD strategic purchases and driving the highest levels of LAL Adoption within all centers within the corporate accounts identified. They will design and execute strategic sales plans, assess costs and competition, identify key markets and opportunities. In addition to being an excellent communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation, sales, and leadership skills.Requirements:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive monthly LDD sales in assigned Corporate Accounts throughout the U.S..Identify and implement the definition of Corporate Account (Private Equity, multi clinic, etc.) and mechanisms to track these critical accounts. Develop and execute regional Corporate Account strategies and become the key point of contact for these principal contacts. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty for RxSight products. Actively recruit New Surgeons into the available Corporate Account centers and close monitoring of these surgeons to assess the opportunity for growth. Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectivesAssess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling pricesStrategically monitor opportunities within Corporate Accounts by volume as well as working with local teams to assess opportunities for growth of LAL and LDD placements. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Working knowledge of Corporate Accounts within the Ophthalmic industry and preferrable built out the function in previous companies.
