RxRunway, an international fashion production company, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Event Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, hybrid role ($20/hr) with opportunities for optional travel to locations like New York, Miami, Milan, and other fashion capitals. Flights and accommodations are fully covered by the company.
About the Role:
As an Admin & Event Specialist, you’ll support our operations across events, communications, and administrative tasks. You’ll help ensure our productions and model programs run smoothly while contributing to the creative and professional growth of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support events, from logistics to on-site execution
Manage communications with models, staff, and partners
Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, email outreach, and documentation
Assist with marketing campaigns and social media content
Support additional operations as assigned (extra pay negotiable)
Collaborate directly with the COO, Royal Cromwell, and the RxRunway team
Preferred Experience:
Fashion industry experience is a plus
Social media experience a plus
Bartending or hospitality experience is highly valued
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced, hybrid environment
