Print Press Operator (No Experience Needed, Paid Training) – Green Bay, WI
Pay: $18–$23/hour
Hours: 20–40 hours/week (part-time or full-time)

About us
RXR Media is a fast-growing direct mail company in Green Bay. We design, print and mail flyer campaigns (USPS Every Door Direct Mail) for tree service and home service businesses all over the country. We moved our printing in-house this year and run our own production press. Now we need someone to run it.
No experience needed. We'll train you on everything.
What you'll do
- Run our Kyocera TASKalfa Pro 15000c production press (with Fiery print server)
- Print 8.5x11 full-color flyers from ready-to-go files, in the right order, for each client order
- Check prints for color, smudges and misprints, and pull bad sheets
- Load paper and ink, clear jams and do daily cleaning
- Call in our service tech when the press needs a repair
- Keep paper and ink stocked and tell us before we run low
- Hit daily print targets so orders get to the post office on time
- Hand finished jobs to our packing team and keep the print area clean and safe
What we're looking for
- Reliable and on time. Orders run on a weekly schedule and the press can't sit idle
- Detail-focused: you notice when something looks off
- Likes hands-on work and figuring out why a machine is acting up
- Basic computer skills (opening files, sending jobs to print)
- Able to lift 40–50 lb paper cases and stand for most of the shift
- Printing, copier or machine experience is a plus, but not required
