Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor, located in Beltsville, MD. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and coordinating with different departments to meet production goals. Key duties will include monitoring performance, implementing process improvements, providing training and support to team members, and handling administrative tasks as required. The Supervisor will also ensure workplace safety and maintain a positive work environment.
