- Schedule and manage pickup and delivery appointments
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Support cross-border operations by managing, sharing, and coordinating required paperwork across internal teams
- Communicate with carriers and drivers to ensure smooth execution of shipments
- Assist in building and maintaining strong carrier relationships
- Proactively identify and help resolve operational issues or delays
