You’ll evaluate security processes, practices, and policies throughout the enterprise to reduce risks, limit exposure, protect customer freight, protect company assets, and limit liability.

As a Manager, Claims at RXO, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and conducting routine to complex investigations in a diversified operation. You’ll evaluate security processes, practices, and policies throughout the enterprise to reduce risks, limit exposure, protect customer freight, protect company assets, and limit liability.
What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like
- Participate in or lead investigative related task forces and/or special projects that represent significant loss exposure and/or are highly visible
- Provide consultation and guidance to line and senior management on investigative related issues
- Identify significant issues and control weaknesses and make recommendations to line management to minimize exposure or loss
- Prepare reports summarizing investigation findings to provide internal business partners with information needed to assist in making claims decisions
- Acting as the central point of contact for customers that request a security professional
- Provide cost effective security solutions for business startups and or existing facilities
- Provide guidance on homeland security and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Create and implement security awareness training modules
- Support audit programs and certification processes
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 5 years of related experience
- Ability to become a Professional Certified Investigator
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or a related field
- Ability to present organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
