As aTransportation Specialist in Managed Transportationat RXO,you willbe responsible forperforming all functions of customer service, as well as order entry, loadtrackingand driver communication. We want toleverageyour skills and years of experience to drive positive results while ensuring a bright future for yourself andRXO.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Schedule delivery appointments
Monitor driver performance, hours, and DOT compliance issues
Perform data entry and track-and-trace duties
Provide freight pay and claims resolution
Handle driver paperwork and bills of lading and customer order information
At a minimum,you'llneed:
1 year of related experience
It'dbe great if you also have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in transportation and DOT regulations
Solid attention to detail with the ability to multitask
Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word,Exceland Outlook) and Omnitracs
