AsaLeadAccount Manager,Client Servicesat RXO, you will coordinate with site leadership to provide support for all home delivery services.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Assistwithmonitoringthesuccessful completion of home deliveries bycontract carriers,includingtracking and analysis ofon schedule deliveriesandvoice of customer (VOC)reports
Cultivatepositive working relationships with contract carriers andhelpers
Use route planning software to build efficient deliveryroutes
Handlethe dispatch of contract carriers; resolve issues throughout the day asneeded
Assist the Operations Manager inidentifyingissues withinventory,deliveriesand/or customer satisfaction,including restructuring routes to improve operationalefficiencies
Manageanddevelopcontractcarriersexpectations for home delivery; make appointments for pickup and delivery
Coachanddevelopdispatch and warehouse personnel to meet and exceed the customers'expectations
Traveltomultiplesitesand/or storesto ensureclient expectations are met (e.g., problem solve routing,deliveryand inventory issues)
Whatyou'llneed to excel:
At a minimum,you'llneed:
4yearsoflogisticsexperience, including1 year of inventory control and merchandise reconciliation experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,PowerPointand Outlook) and other business applications
It'dbe great if you also have:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent related workor militaryexperience
4-7yearsoflogisticsexperience
2 years of inventory control and merchandise reconciliation experience
Solid research,communicationand time management skills
