Job Summary - Purchasing Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team. Due to the high volume of orders and materials, we need a seasoned professional who is systematic and comfortable with ERP/MRP planning and forecasting. This role is critical to ensure timely procurement and efficient material flow within our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing and planning activities to support production schedules.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems for material planning, forecasting, and inventory control.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Analyze demand trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve material shortages or delays.
Qualifications
- Bilingual
- 3–5 years of experience in purchasing and planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
