Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Design, develop, and support custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including workflows, plugins, and dashboards
- Implement and maintain integrations between Dynamics CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), as well as other internal and external applications
- Develop and manage secure, scalable API connections with third-party services and external data sources
- Configure CRM entities, forms, business rules, and process flows
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders, including business analysts, operations, and IT, to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure all development meets HIPAA and FDA compliance and maintain accurate documentation for audits and team knowledge
- Testing/debugging/QA
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL
- Working knowledge of CRM SDK and REST/OData APIs
- Proven experience developing and managing API-based integrations with external platforms and data sources
- Ability to architect and implement enterprise-grade solutions across multiple systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry with a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or equivalent
- Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate
- Experience with SQL Server, complex querying, data warehousing concepts, and ETL pipelines
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services
