Role Overview
We're looking for an HR Manager/Coordinator to own our hiring pipeline, support onboarding, and handle day-to-day HR administration. You'll work closely with leadership to build the team that powers Rx2Go's growth.

Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires (paperwork, system access, orientation)
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance
• Handle PTO tracking, scheduling, and policy administration
• Support performance review processes
• Coordinate with leadership on staffing needs and headcount planning
• Respond to candidate inquiries and maintain a positive candidate experience

Requirements
• 2 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with ATS platforms (ZipRecruiter, Indeed, or similar)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Located in or able to commute to Fort Lauderdale, FL
Nice to Have
• Experience in logistics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries
• Familiarity with BambooHR, Checkr, or similar HR tools
• Russian or Spanish language skills
