We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative operations team in a fast-paced, order-driven environment. This role sits at the center of order execution and requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
The position supports day-to-day customer interactions while ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Success in this role is less about the difficulty of the work and more about the ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy under volume.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage inbound customer communication via phone and email related to orders, updates, and issue resolution
- Process and enter customer orders with a high level of accuracy across multiple order types
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and order activity
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Manage multiple active orders at different stages, each with unique requirements and timelines
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and operational impact
- Identify and resolve issues when possible, escalating when appropriate
- Support general administrative tasks related to order processing and customer support
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3 years of customer-facing experience (customer service, retail, operations, or similar)
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or similar systems
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
