TITLE: Salesforce Developer

ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: Hybrid, on-site 2x per week

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, enhance, and support a high-performing Salesforce environment that drives business success. In this role, you will develop scalable solutions, collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams, and continuously optimize the platform through innovative enhancements and reliable integrations. The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce development expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to a wide range of stakeholders.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and deploy robust, scalable Salesforce solutions that support organizational objectives and follow established best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical or integration challenges within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Evaluate the platform to identify enhancement opportunities, implement new functionality, and address defects to optimize overall system performance.
- Maintain ongoing communication with technical and business stakeholders, offering progress updates, addressing obstacles, and sharing forward-thinking recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline — or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including work with integrations, data visualization needs, and complex technical environments.
- Practical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Experience Sites).
- Strong proficiency in Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, JavaScript, JSON, XML, and SOQL.
- Understanding of Agile delivery practices and familiarity with tools such as Jira or comparable systems.
- Solid grasp of Salesforce security principles and data governance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, think critically, and deliver effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and articulate technical concepts to various audiences.
- Candidates with experience in Account Engagement/Pardot will be given additional consideration.
