Job Overview:
The Ultrasound Technologist performs quality diagnostic sonographic exams and vascular studies on all patient populations of the hospital. Ultrasound exams are done in the ultrasound department, portably throughout the facility, and in the OR.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Training Program
- ARDMS or ARDMS Eligible
- Proficient in using PACS
Scheduling Requirements:
- Shift working, 4:30pm-12:00am
- Weekday evenings
- PT
Essential Functions:
- Lift, assist and transport patients
- Perform data entry for exam tracking and patient charging
