Supervises duties related to record documentation, consults with the Medical Director and Administrative Director on regulatory compliance updates,
Participates in the administrative and budgetary operations of the section,

Required
Qualifications:
- Meets education and experience equivalent to the guidelines mandated by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), CLIA and the New Jersey State Department of health and Senior Services (NJSDHSS) laws
- Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or related field Four (4) plus years of experience in Blood Bank,
- ASCP or NCA certification preferred
