Job Overview
Jersey City Medical Center is looking for a Full-Time Coordinator for the Central Sterile Supply department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CRCST- Certified Registered Central Service Technician thru IAHCSMM or CBSPD
- Have at minimum 1 year of Coordinator experience for a shift
- Work related experience in an acute care Central Service and/or Perioperative Services environment,
- At least 3 years work related experience in a Sterile processing department
- Experience with SPM software a must
- Good verbal and written communication skills,
- Night Shift
- 40 hours/week
- Full Time
- Utilizes the SPM tracking system to generate and monitor daily reports and compliance,
- Communicates with department Supervisors and staff to ensure instrument availability and smooth operation of department for the next days schedule,
- Able to plan, coordinate and execute a workflow to ensure all trays and case carts are ready for the next day
