Pay Range: $110,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Required:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
• Peoplesoft and EPIC proficiency preferred
• Experience with physician practices preferred
• 2 5 years of supervisory experience

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and verify account transactions on a monthly basis
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements on a monthly basis
• Assist site finance teams in budgeting and forecasting
• Assist with external audit process, 990 preparation and various regulatory and tax filings including preparation of footnotes and whitepapers
• Evaluate controls and risks related to various accounting practices
• Identify and implement process improvements within the Corporate Finance department
• Oversee the general accounting of various entities, including the review and approval of journal entries and account reconciliations
• Responsible for the recording of monthly investment activities, and the preparation of related schedules, footnotes and reconciliations
