About The Role
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist Clerk (Offsite) to join our Customer Support team. In this full-time, hourly position, you will play a key role in supporting the team by answering customer inquiries, managing communications, and ensuring efficient administrative operations, all from a remote environment. What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage and maintain accurate communication logs and records.
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate appointments, meetings, and calls as needed.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry and maintaining electronic files.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to the relevant team, as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service operations.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working in an offsite or remote setting with reliable internet connectivity.
- Proficient in using communication tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and with discretion.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

The pay range for this role is:
