The QA/QC Inspector IV is responsible for monitoring site quality assurance and quality control activities and directing contractor QA/QC personnel to ensure full compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. This role supports the implementation of effective QA/QC processes including procedures, training, corrective action management, documentation, and continuous improvement.

- Administer project/site quality requirements and verify contractor compliance with project specifications and practices.
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure timely execution of all QA/QC activities.
- Assist in developing and reviewing QA procedures and processes.
- Identify and control Deficient Conditions, including issuing and managing Deficiency Reports, NCRs, and Corrective Action Reports.
- Follow up on NCRs and corrective actions to verify disposition and effectiveness.
- Review Contractor Quality Plans, ITPs, and procedures for compliance.
- Verify contractor implementation of QA/QC processes through surveillance.
- Participate in contractor kickoff meetings to outline quality requirements.
- Participate in ITP witness and hold-point activities.
- Review hydrotest packages and participate in pre-hydro walkdowns.
- Witness hydrotests and participate in piping reinstatement walkdowns.
- Review PMI and NDE reports (RT, UT, MT, etc.) for conformance.
- Ensure pipeline installation meets SPC-PT-WL-80011 (Construction of Above Grade Pipeline / Well Line Specification).
- Review contractor IQRs.
- Participate in document and turnover package reviews.
- Sign off COP turnover documentation where appropriate.
- AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) — REQUIRED
- Extensive QA/QC experience in construction environments
- Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, surveillance programs, and NCR systems
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with contractor QA/QC personnel
