Job Summary
Oversees daily operations, maintenance, and repair of gas compression systems across a regional production area. Coordinates contractor activities, ensures safety compliance, and supports troubleshooting, reporting, and training efforts.Tasks & Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance
- Perform daily compressor and facility operations
- Troubleshoot field issues on-site and via remote monitoring
- Schedule and coordinate compressor repairs
- Maintain accurate downtime and extended outage reporting
- Supervise 10–30 contractors; ensure safe and timely execution of work
- Audit JSAs and contractor adherence to company safety policies
- Conduct inspections, purging, and LDAR activities
- Use work platforms to create and assign vendor work requests
- Interact daily with Foremen, Operators, Mechanics, and contractors
- Support Supervisor-assigned tasks
Technical Skills
- Preferred: Skilled in compressor operations, diagnostics, and facility maintenance
- Preferred: Familiarity with remote monitoring platforms and reporting systems
- Strong communicator
- Safety-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Agency truck provided
