Scope
Support day-to-day operations tied to maintenance coordination, scheduling, and billing within oil & gas operations. This role works closely with field teams and vendors to ensure work is scheduled, tracked, and invoiced correctly.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance activities and daily operations support
- Schedule crews, vendors, and work orders
- Process and track invoices using OpenInvoice, SAP, or Oracle
- Ensure accurate billing and documentation
- Communicate with field teams and vendors to track job progress
- Maintain operational logs and reporting
- Assist with resolving operational and billing discrepancies
- Support compliance with company procedures and safety standards
Notes
- Experience in OpenInvoice, SAP, or Oracle (billing required)
- Oil & Gas maintenance experience required
