Job Title: Dispatcher III – Nights
Location: Spring Campus (Spring, TX)
Schedule: 7/7 Rotation | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $35.00/hr
Position Overview
The Dispatcher III supports transportation planning and execution by monitoring driver activities, coordinating field logistics, and ensuring accurate data management across transportation systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely distribution of materials, equipment, production water, and service work supporting XTO operations. Transportation management and oilfield experience are preferred.
Note: The first 2–3 weeks will be worked Monday–Friday during onboarding before transitioning to the 7/7 night shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and effectively with vendors, XTO field and office operations teams, and ADAPTS teams
- Utilize transportation management systems to assign, track, and document workflows, including:
- Gemini
- OpenInvoice / OpenTicket
- Airtable
- Excel spreadsheets
- Coordinate job orders from field personnel via phone, email, and work order systems related to:
- Production water hauling
- Industrial/environmental waste disposal
- Service work and materials transport
- Monitor active jobs in real time and maintain continuous communication with operational field and management personnel
- Maintain and update a daily log of all work in progress
- Provide end-of-day status reporting via email
- Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies promptly to minimize operational impact
- Align vendor performance with contract expectations and operational requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Previous dispatcher, transportation coordination, or logistics experience preferred
- Oilfield or energy industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with transportation and tracking systems; strong Excel skills preferred
- Ability to work rotating schedules, including nights
