ScopeMain Functions

Enters and updates information into computer programs or databases. Assesses files to determine what information needs to be entered and the appropriate location for entry. Prepares source data for entry by compiling and sorting information and establishes entry priorities. Follows verbal and written instructions. Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving.

We are searching for 2 motivated individuals that will work on a project in OpenInvoice/Openticket and Wellview. The team will train these individuals in both systems to complete the tasks.

QualificationsMust Have
  • Execute individual tasks
  • Solves challenges by following directions and using best judgement
  • Makes informed choices within scope
  • Basic functional use of Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Experience in Oil and Gas or related industry(service industry for Oil and Gas has been a success for this team in the past)
Nice to Have
  • Wellview
  • OpenInvoice or other billing system experience
  • Able to start 5/1 or sooner
