The selected candidates will support a project involving OpenInvoice/OpenTicket and WellView. The team will provide training in both systems.

Responsibilities
- Enter and update information accurately in company systems and databases.
- Compile, organize, and sort source data before entry.
- Determine the appropriate location and priority for information.
- Follow written and verbal instructions.
- Follow established data-entry procedures and program techniques.
- Complete assigned tasks independently.
- Identify issues and seek assistance when needed.
- Resolve routine challenges by following directions and applying sound judgment.
- Make informed decisions within the assigned scope of work.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Oil and gas or related-industry experience.
- Oilfield service-company experience is acceptable and has been successful with this team.
- Ability to follow directions and complete individual assignments.
- Strong judgment, organization, and attention to detail.
- WellView experience.
- OpenInvoice, OpenTicket, or other billing-system experience.
