We’re looking for an experienced and driven Trailer Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and repair skills across a range of trailer systems—brakes, suspension, air, electrical, bodywork, and liftgates. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair trailers of all makes and models
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance
• Complete brake jobs, lighting repairs, air system troubleshooting, and body repairs (side panels, doors, roofs, flooring, etc.)
• Conduct structural and cosmetic trailer body repairs including welding, panel replacement, and alignment
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and follow safety protocols
• Collaborate with service team to ensure on-time completion of work orders
  
  
  

What You Bring:

• 3 years trailer repair experience (fleet or dealership preferred)
• Strong knowledge of air brake systems, ABS, suspension, electrical, and trailer body structures
• Welding/fabrication experience highly preferred
• Own your own tools and a positive, team-focused attitude
• CDL is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
