What We Offer
Ensure that all work is completed expertly and meets quality standards.
Communicate effectively with other shifts to run workflow efficiently.
Keep up-to-date on the latest workplace safety and environmental requirements and implement all health and safety policies on the shop floor.
Maintain and service equipment as needed or according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
Interview drop-off drivers and document vehicle complaints.
Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
Craft job orders, observe and listen to vehicle in operation to resolve malfunction and plan work procedures.
Test-drive vehicle once service is complete to ensure that they run smoothly.
Tag all warranty parts and returns to Warranty Clerk.
Look out for training and factory technical bulletins as they become available.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase overall customer happiness.
Qualifications
3-5 years of diesel mechanic experience preferred
Strong leadership, interpersonal, math, and writing skills
Ability to prioritize work in a dynamic environment
One year Fleet or dealership experience
Management or customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
ASE and CDL certification preferred

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
