Job Purpose:
The Master Craftsman is responsible for the precise milling, assembly, and finishing of stair parts, shelving, beams, and other high-end products using high-quality flooring materials. The Master Craftsman can craft all products offered. This role demands a blend of advanced technical skills in woodworking and an understanding of manufacturing processes, requiring both independence and teamwork.

Essential Functions:
- Must have completed mastery of Advanced Craftsman requirements.
- Mill, assemble and finish advanced wood stair products like stair treads, starter steps, and landings.
- Create one-of-a-kind wood products from CAD drawings.
- Safely operate power equipment like table saws, miter saws, and CNC machines.
- Read production schematics and CAD drawings for advanced wood products.
- Maintain and repair CNC machines and power saws as needed.
- Create simple CAD drawings for products.
- Forklift operation
