About the Role:
The ATM Project Manager is responsible for estimating and bidding potential projects and once procured, managing all aspects of the project(s). Experience in construction, particularly ATM work or rigging is preferred.
Responsibilities:
These responsibilities/functions may include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage multiple ATM projects simultaneously throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project resources to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor project budgets and identify potential cost impacts.
- Track project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular status updates to clients and internal leadership.
Required Competencies/Skills:
- Strong project management, planning, scheduling, and resource coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to track project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain complete and accurate project documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client, vendor, subcontractor, and internal team relationships.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to proactively communicate project timelines, requirements, and expectations.
- Knowledge of ATM, banking equipment, cash automation, construction coordination, field service, or technology deployment projects preferred.
- Experience with NCR, Diebold, Hyosung, or other ATM platforms preferred.
- Knowledge of ADA requirements, banking facility standards, permitting, site readiness, electrical, communication, and local regulatory requirements preferred.
- Experience managing subcontractors, field technicians, installation teams, rigging, logistics, and branch transformation projects preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling tools.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum three years of project management experience preferred.
- PMP certification a plus.
- Ability to visit project sites, travel depending on project volume and territory, and walk active construction sites and ATM installation locations as needed.
