RV Service Advisor – RV Dealership
Location: In Person
Compensation: Performance-Based Earnings (High Income Potential)
Schedule: Full-time, on-site

What This Role Is About
This role is for a detail-oriented and driven professional who wants ownership of the entire service experience.
You’ll act as the main point of contact for customers, managing their service journey from initial concern through completion. This includes communication, organization, and coordination between customers, technicians, and parts to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes initiative, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the full service process from check-in to delivery
- Communicate with customers to understand repair and maintenance needs
- Write clear and accurate repair orders for technicians
- Provide consistent updates, timelines, and expectations
- Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Maintain accurate CRM and service records
- Recommend upgrades, accessories, and additional services when appropriate
- Assist with custom modifications and unique service projects
- Maintain strong organization, time management, and follow-up discipline
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience at every step
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of service writing or advisor experience (RV or automotive preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to explain technical issues in a clear and simple way
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Lightspeed is a plus
- High integrity and pride in your work
