RVR is a Japanese Izakaya-inspired tavern in Venice, LA, celebrating fresh, seasonal ingredients, inventive cocktails, curated wines, sake, and an eclectic music program. We combine Japanese Izakaya traditions with California farmer’s market produce.

We are looking to hire a Polisher who can move into a Food Runner role.  This is a great opportunity to grow from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

● The Polisher is responsible for processing all glass and silverware to standard.  

● Responsible for refiling all service stations with clean and polished silver and glass ware. 
● Set up station, maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.

Requirements:

● 1 year of experience as a polisher, runner or busser in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

● Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

● Must have a current California Food Handler Card and Alcoholic Beverage Control

(ABC) license.
