What You’ll Do
- Manage administrative and operational workflows to keep the office running smoothly
- Support donation and revenue processing across multiple channels
- Prepare bank deposits, track transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage accounts payable and coordinate with an external accounting partner or finance team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage executive scheduling, meetings, correspondence, and follow‑up
- Serve as a primary point of contact for donors, families, partners, and community members
- Answer inquiries professionally and direct requests appropriately
- Support events, donor engagement activities, and special projects as needed
