Therapy Center Aide

We're looking for a Therapy Center Aide to assist therapists, support patients, and help with day-to-day operations, including the front desk and gym area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with exercises and mobility under therapist guidance

• Prepare therapy equipment and maintain a safe, organized gym

• Support front desk tasks, including scheduling and greeting patients

• Help ensure a welcoming, professional environment for patients and visitors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Healthcare or patient care experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards

Compensation:The pay range is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour and represents RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
