Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Outpatient Orthopedic & Neurologic Rehabilitation

RVNAhealth is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient Therapy Center in Ridgefield, CT.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Physical Therapists and Board-Certified Clinical Specialists in a collaborative outpatient setting focused on orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation. What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist


• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence


• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT


• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the care team


• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety strategies


• Support a positive, patient-centered therapy experience

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Connecticut (or eligible)


• Interest in orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care

Compensation:
The full time pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00 per hour and represents RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
