As a Wire Harness Assembler, your primary responsibility is repairing, assembling and testing wire harnesses.
What does a Wire Harness Assembler do at RVI?
- Follow procedures or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed
- Perform visual inspections to endure parts and assemblies meet customer specifications and standards
- Input data and tasks into computer
- Print labels for boxes
- Package units and attaches required labels
- Assist team members in improving processes and procedures
- Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos and differences in numbering sequences
- Can apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions
- Can deal with standardized situations with only occasion or no variables
- Works with and handles various tools and materials
- Computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point are helpful, but are not required
- Or any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance
