As we continue expanding in the Richmond market, we’re looking for an Entry-Level Marketing Trainee who is ready to learn, develop professionally, and gain practical experience in a team environment.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in
marketing, customer engagement, sales, and professional communication. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you’ll have the opportunity to develop skills that can support your long-term career goals.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with customers in retail environments while representing client brands professionally
- Participate in marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities
- Learn about client products and services and communicate information clearly to customers
- Assist with promotional events and new product initiatives
- Work closely with team members to support campaign objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to strengthen your professional skill set
