Overview
We are seeking a versatile and motivated RV Technician, Handyman, and Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting services across a wide range of systems including electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and mechanical components. Your expertise will ensure our clients’ RVs and facilities operate smoothly and efficiently, delivering exceptional service and solutions. Duties

• Perform comprehensive repairs and maintenance on RV systems, including electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and mechanical components such as transmissions, shocks, struts, and suspension systems.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments using automotive electrical systems and automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues accurately.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and other mechanical tools to execute repairs efficiently.
• Service vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and air brake system checks.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical problems within RVs or related equipment using automotive electrical system knowledge.
• Repair or replace HVAC components to ensure optimal heating and cooling performance in RVs or facilities.
• Assist with heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining high standards of quality during assembly or equipment repair projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the service process.
• Maintain detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used for accurate documentation and future reference.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an RV technician or in a similar service technician role with dealership experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair, including transmissions, suspension systems, shocks & struts, brakes, and wheel alignments.
• Electrical experience with the ability to diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems effectively.
• Familiarity with plumbing systems and HVAC units specific to RVs or similar environments.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering techniques, and other maintenance tools required for complex repairs.
• Knowledge of diesel engine repair is a plus along with experience in auto body repair or equipment repair projects.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong customer service orientation.
• Valid mechanic certification or relevant technical training is highly desirable; ongoing training is encouraged to stay current with industry standards. Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
