Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled IBM Openpage Consultant to join our innovative team. Job Description:

3-8 years of experience with OpenPages versions 8.2 and GRC functionalities.

Proficiency in Java/J2EE, SQL (Oracle/DB2), HTML/XML, JSP, JavaScript, and Cognos Analytics.

Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, communication, and knowledge of SDLC best practices.

Duties

  • Lead the design and deployment of IBM Openpage solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure and systems architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solution architecture that incorporates service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices, and cloud security best practices.
  • Conduct detailed system analysis including system design, system hardening, vulnerability assessment, and threat intelligence to optimize platform security and performance.
  • Develop and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data migration and integration with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.
  • Configure and manage cloud environments using AWS, Azure, or VMware virtualization platforms while maintaining system administration tasks like load balancing, firewall setup, VPN configuration, DNS management, and network security protocols.
  • Utilize DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance on system hardening, vulnerability management, system architecture improvements, and compliance standards aligned with IT security frameworks.
  • Support client teams in troubleshooting issues related to RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, JavaScript-based interfaces (React Express), C#, Java applications, and scripting languages like Bash or Shell Scripting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field; advanced certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience with solution architecture design for enterprise risk management or compliance platforms such as IBM Openpage or similar solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices architecture, and system design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL processes and database management using SQL (T-SQL), PL/SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases.
  • Expertise in IT infrastructure components including operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware/ESXi), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), load balancing techniques, firewalls, VPNs, DNS management and network security protocols.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C , JavaScript; experience with RESTful APIs and web services development is essential.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools; containerization with Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles including vulnerability assessment, threat intelligence analysis, system hardening techniques and information security standards.
