THE ROLE : The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role will focus on content creation, social media management, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and analytics to drive engagement and brand awareness. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a passion for digital trends and data-driven marketing.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

  • Develop, schedule, and manage content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive leads and website traffic.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content such as blog posts, graphics, videos, and other digital assets.
  • Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tracking tools to measure success and optimize strategies.
  • Assist in managing marketing automation and CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and scheduling tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and paid social advertising.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong writing and content creation skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
