What You'll Do:
- Coordinate service appointments and assist customers throughout the repair process
- Communicate with customers regarding repair status, timelines, and service updates
- Submit and manage manufacturer warranty claims and extended service contract claims
- Work closely with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers to ensure accurate claim processing
- Review repair orders and supporting documentation for claim submission
- Track claim approvals, payments, and outstanding balances
- Assist with service department administrative duties and customer follow-up
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and data entry
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with computers and office software
- Previous experience in warranty administration, service coordination, dealership operations, insurance claims, or office administration is required
