We are seeking an energetic and motivated RV Sales representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your communication and sales skills to connect with customers, escort them through our RV inventory, and guide them through our loan process to sell nationwide from our local office. All leads are provided from direct inquiries made my customers on our website. NO COLD CALLING :). All RV Sales reps receive as many leads as they can work, as our business is BoOmInG!!!! Your enthusiasm and customer-focused approach will drive sales growth and make you a significant amount of money.
- Conduct outbound calls, texts and emails to interested customers, following up on warm leads and inquiries to promote RV sales opportunities
- Engage prospects with compelling product information, highlighting features and benefits of available RVs
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update lead status, and manage sales pipelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and objections professionally and confidently
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that increase outreach and lead generation
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales with a focus on B2B or B2C environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts related to vehicles or recreational vehicles is a plus
- Demonstrated ability in business development, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
This position is a commission job. There is a $2500 per month draw in place from day 1.
Commission is $500 per unit sold, with $1000 bonus at 8 sales, $1500 bonus at 12 sales, $2000 bonus at 15 sales and $2000 bonus at 20 sales.
All bonuses stack, so 20 sales bonus amount is $6500. Commission on 20 sales is $10000.
Total earned is $16,500. per month. Any time you want.
