- Respond quickly to internet leads and CRM inquiries
- Take incoming sales calls, set appointments, and manage follow-up
- Greet walk-in customers and match them with the right RV for their needs
- Present, demonstrate, and close deals in a professional manner
- Maintain relationships with past and prospective customers
- Stay up to date on inventory, promotions, and product knowledge
- Ensure all sales paperwork is completed accurately
Requirements:
- Valid Texas Driver’s License (must have)
- Proven sales track record (RV or auto sales experience preferred, but not required)
- CRM/BDC experience preferred
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Honest, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
