Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fife, WA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing RVs, delivering excellent customer service, providing detailed product information, and assisting with financing options. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, demonstrating RV features, handling inquiries, and maintaining a clean and inviting showroom.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Service skills
- Product knowledge and the ability to explain features and benefits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of RVs and the RV lifestyle is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in retail sales or a related field is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is advantageous
