As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities
- Accurately pack products into designated containers according to specifications.
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packing.
- Label packages clearly and correctly to ensure proper identification during shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting discrepancies or shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and labeling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring products as needed.
- Physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long periods and lift packages up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience in warehousing or packaging is a plus but not required; we provide training for all new hires.
