Qualifications:
Previous dealership and management experience is a plus.
Work experience with an OEM.
Self-starter with the ability to mentor and coach others.
Professional appearance.
Be able manage daily tasks and productivity of sales department.
Responsibilities:
Coach salespeople and help develop long term relationships.
Work with manufacturer to ensure correct allocation and vehicle inventory.
Fair and accurate trade appraisal using dealer provided software.
Assist in desking of new and preowned purchases.
