Our mission is to set the standard for insurance expertise and service—and that starts with the people on our team. We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our growing agency.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in our Columbiana, AL office, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid schedule after training. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you’ll be a key part of our commercial team, responsible for supporting the daily service needs of our commercial clients. Duties include:
- Billing assistance
- Processing audits and endorsements
- Issuing certificates of insurance
- Providing timely and professional customer service

Qualifications
- Commercial insurance account-servicing experience preferred
- Current Alabama Property & Casualty license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred
