Job Description:
This position is responsible for being the face of the resort. The front desk is usually the first person the customer sees, and first impressions are important!
Duties Include:
Checking guests in and out of rooms and cabins, directing phone calls, making reservations in person and over the phone, handling dining reservations, handling boat reservations, selling gift shop items and day passes to our pool and beach area, and other office duties as assigned by management.
The front desk is also responsible for effective communication throughout the resort, making sure to pass messages along to each department in a timely manner. We are responsible for a guest’s stay, and communicating any discrepancies is extremely important.
